Just under 1.5inch in length these pitchers hang from a fixed earwire that has been shaped and hammered for tension. Polished to a bright finish these earrings bring quite the statement to all plant lovers.
This pendant has been hand sculpted from wax to mimic the form of the Nepenthes pitcher plant. This is the smallest simple pitcher plant form at 1inch in height. The pendant along with the chain is solid sterling silver. The chain has a hook loop clasp and is at a 20” necklace length.

With more attention paid towards the anatomical details of the Hercules Beetle. This pendant features both the upper and under jaw beak for a dramatic side profile. The belly side of the beetle has been given the impression of the legs and details of the underbelly.
Hand carved striated shell texture starkly contrasts the polished head an beaks. Which highlights the bright sterling silver amongst the oxidization.
The bezel sett center-stone is a faceted trillion Ethiopian opal with good iridescent fire that pairs nicely with the dark oxidized features of the beetle.
